Mountain Buggy Triple Stroller - So Many
Features in One Combination
It can be difficult looking for triple strollers that will
combine the versatility of a stroller-cum-jogger in almost all
terrains, the durability necessary to withstand years of use, the
stability required to hold precious children as its cargo, and the
beauty to be called a timeless classic in the stroller world.
Fortunately, it is not so difficult once you come across the
Mountain Buggy triple stroller. And
just so you know, this will be a biased review in favor of said
baby stroller-cum-jogger-and-pram.
The Mountain Buggy stroller is perfect for parents who
live either in the big city or in the vast country. You will
love that its frame is made from a high-tensile, aircraft-grade
aluminum alloy, which is the most durable material for
strollers. Your worries about weight are unfounded, as you
will soon realize, since aluminum is relatively light in weight
when compared with other metals.
Now, that is what parents are looking for in a triple stroller -
sufficiently durable but still lightweight. So, whether you are
going to the mall of going to the great outdoors, your children
will be just as comfortable in the stroller while you will have an
easy time pushing it.
And speaking of comfort, the padded seats of the
Mountain Buggy triple stroller will ensure that
your babies are comfortably ensconced in their seats. You may
also choose from three positions from which your babies can view
the outside world - sitting down, reclining at an angle and fully
lying down.
But what really makes the Mountain Buggy stand out is that you
can easily attach his car seat to the stroller. This way,
your sleeping baby can remain undisturbed and you will have an
easier time, too. Or at least, that was my experience with
this feature.
Since we cannot expect the environment to fully cooperate with
our outdoor plans at all times, the Mountain Buggy has a sun/rain
canopy for protection against the elements. Well, of course,
you have to take the necessary precautions even with the canopy on
like slathering on kid-friendly sunscreen on your children,
bringing along umbrellas and making sure that a proper shelter is
always nearby.
It must be emphasized, however, that the Mountain Buggy is not
designed for strenuous jogging purposes. Of course, its front
swivel wheels can be locked so as to make it into a baby jogger but
it will not function as well as a true jogger. This is
because the tracking wheel cannot keep a straight line as long as a
baby jogger can.
We also loved the fabric basket, which was sufficiently roomy to
hold everything the kids needed on a day out, be it in the mall, in
the park or in the woods. And since it was washable, it
definitely helped in the hygiene department.
Our recommendation then is to look at the Mountain
Buggy triple stroller first, compare it with other
models and see what the fuss is about this stroller. In the
end, you will realize that at its relatively high price, the
benefits trump it by a mile and a half.
